Bike light deters dangerous activity behind cyclists
Cyclists often have to deal with poorly planned cycle lanes, dangerous traffic hotspots and even angry motorists, and many have taken to filming their journeys as a way to provide footage in the event of an incident. While products such as the Helmet of Justice have already combined cameras with existing bike equipment, the Fly6 is a rear light with an embedded HD camera that aims to discourage bad behavior on the part of motorists by warning them that they’re being filmed. 100 days away from the 100th edition of Liège-Bastogne-Liège ASO have published details of the route.

What’s new? The Côte de La Vecquée is back on the route after a few years absence and the classic finish via the La Roche-aux-Faucons and the Côte de St. Nicolas is back again after roadworks forced a late change last year. There will be a €5,000 prize in Bastogne at the 100km point, enough to animate the morning breakaway even more than usual.

The total distance is 263km and there’s always enough climbing to match an Alpine stage of the Tour de France. The climbs come late in the race making this one of the hardest efforts on the calendar.

My favorite!
